Marvin brings 26 years of experience in restaurant development, management, and operations in North America and in the international community. He led 776 restaurants and bars in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. Marvin orchestrated successful business turnarounds for two companies and entirely restructured the operating system for a US fast-casual brand with a presence in six countries. Marvin has worked with more than 120 restaurants in some of the world’s largest franchises in casual dining, fast casual, QSR, premium coffee, and gourmet ice cream. In providing comprehensive services through Franchise Global Brands, he draws upon the network of restaurant experts and suppliers he has developed across North America and in the Middle East.
