Marvin brings 26 years of experience in restaurant development, management, and operations in North America and in the international community. He led 776 restaurants and bars in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. Marvin orchestrated successful business turnarounds for two companies, and entirely restructured the operating system for a US fast casual brand with a presence in six countries. Marvin has worked with more than 120 restaurants in some of the world’s largest franchises in casual dining, fast casual, QSR, premium coffee, and gourmet ice cream. In providing comprehensive services through Franchise Global Brands, he draws upon the network of restaurant experts and suppliers he has developed across North America and in the Middle East. Expertise: Business Management, International Franchise Sales, Operations Excellence, Systems Standardization and Team Training. Marvin holds European and American Diplomas in food and beverage management.
Vinod is ultimately responsible for delivering and leveraging analysis throughout the solution development lifecycle. Bringing 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he ensures the optimal development, implementation, integration, user acceptance, and performance of applications, systems, and processes within and across FGB functions. His strong analytical skills help in identifying business needs, assessing the impact of design or method changes, eliciting and documenting requirements, providing insight to ensure requirements are translated into workable business solutions, and providing post-implementation support to business stakeholders and end-users to ensure solutions meet the prescribed business requirements.
