Marvin Alballi is a globally recognized hospitality consultant and keynote speaker who partners with restaurant companies, private equity firms, hotel owners, asset management companies, and franchise organizations to drive performance, accelerate growth, and elevate profitability, quality, and the guest experience.
He held senior leadership roles with InterContinental Hotels Group, overseeing 745 restaurants and bars across 212 hotels internationally, and with Brinker International, where he was named Operator of the Year. He also worked with Burger King’s corporate office, leading the Western Canadian market.
Marvin led Hilton’s food and beverage operations across the Asia-Pacific region and launched international locations for global brands including Caribou Coffee, Fuddruckers, Marble Slab Creamery, and Applebee’s. He also worked with the award-winning Canadian restaurant group White Spot.
As a consultant, he has advised Michelin-starred and The World’s 50 Best Restaurants establishments, as well as large international chains including Boston Market, Orfali Bros, Great Harvest Bread Company, Famoso Pizzeria, Café d’Arte, and many other global concepts.
